Physical Therapy Services
Endeavor is a comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation facility offering physical therapy services to treat musculoskeletal disorders. Our staff of licensed Physical Therapists will work with you one-on-one performing manual therapy techniques, giving exercise instruction, and offering posture and body mechanics education. We will also work with you to implement pain relief modalities needed to restore as much function as possible.
What is Physical Therapy?
Physical therapy is a program of treatments, exercise, and education developed for your specific needs and designed to help you regain strength and increase mobility.
Candidates include, but are not limited to, people with:
- Low back and neck pain
- Rotator cuff impingement and shoulder pain
- Hip, knee, ankle and foot problems
- Sprains and strains of all joints
- Sciatica/Piriformis syndrome
- Headaches
- Patellofemoral pain syndrome
- Bursitis
- Plantar Fasciitis
- Neurological impairments
- Gait abnormalities
- Vestibular balance disorders
- Bladder incontinence
Post-op conditions include, but are not limited to:
- Total knee and hip replacement
- TVideo arthroscopy of knees
- TVertebral fusions, laminectomies, discectomies

How do I begin?
You will meet one-on-one with a licensed Physical Therapist to determine a recommended treatment plan and set goals in conjunction with your referring physician's order. A personalized program of exercise and/or treatment is developed to meet your specific needs. The carefully monitored program may include the following:
- Hands-on manual therapy
- Therapeutic exercise

Modalities, such as:
- Ultrasound
- Electrical stimulation
- Hot/Cold packs
- Paraffin
You will also receive a home exercise program developed to complement the rehabilitation sessions.
Getting Started - It's easy! All we need is a referral/order along with a history and physical from your physician. If you do not have a physician, we can help you find one who can evaluate your needs.
Your First Visit - will be an evaluation by a licensed Physical Therapist. You will need to wear comfortable clothes and shoes. We will be assessing your specific needs to develop your individualized treatment program. Please allow at least one hour for your first visit.
Insurance Coverage - Outpatient Physical Therapy is a benefit that is covered by specific insurance plans and Medicare.
