At Endeavor you will work one-on-one with a Respiratory Therapist and Physical Therapist. We strongly believe in the benefits of therapy and our patients can attest to our high level of care. At Endeavor you will not be left with an assistant or machine. Instead, our certified therapists will work with you directly throughout your therapy program.
Pulmonary Therapy
Endeavor is a comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation facility offering Pulmonary Therapy for people with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). COPD is the fourth leading cause of death in the United States. While COPD is not curable, therapy can help you live a fuller and more enjoyable life.
What is pulmonary rehabilitation?
Pulmonary Rehabilitation is a combination of breathing exercises to improve lung function and fitness techniques including stretching exercises to improve flexibility, and weight training to improve conditioning.
Who is a candidate for pulmonary rehabilitation?
COPD Patients who have been diagnosed with:

- Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency
- Bronchiectasis
- Interstitial Diseases
- Pulmonary Hypertension

How do I get started?
Evaluation - You will meet one-on-one with a Respiratory Therapist to determine a recommended treatment plan and set goals commensurate with your referring physician's order.
Education - We provide information about topics such as breathing exercises, energy conservation, nutrition, medication management and stress reduction. We are committed to helping you and your family better understand your lung disease and how to manage it.
Exercise - A carefully monitored and personalized exercise program is developed to meet your needs and to assure a safe, yet adequate exercise plan. A home exercise program is also developed to complement the on-site rehabilitation sessions.
Getting Started - It's easy! All we need is a referral/order along with a recent Pulmonary Function Test from your physician. If you do not have a physician, we can help you find one who can evaluate your needs.
