Follow these steps
for your FREE Screening:
1.
Call Endeavor Center for Sleep Medicine and set up a time to pick
the
device up.
2. Staff will
instruct you on
how to use ApneaLink™.
3. Take ApneaLink™
home and place it
on when you are ready to go to bed.
4. Bring
ApneaLink™
back to Endeavor the next day so that the information
from the device can be downloaded to
generate a report.
